Bought a Ford Ranger n it got stuck on flat ground, so I bought a Toyota Tacoma to put PuppyDog's plates on.

They ordered the frame Nov 9th
kept the truck
I drove it home Dec 30th
Nov 5th I called them we agreed on a price and I told them I would come the next day. I had to drive over 50 miles. I took PuppyDog's ashes with me.
Nov 6th Bought the truck on the 6th.
6900 + Ranger in trade
It wouldn't start, they replaced the battery and then they said they replaced the cable
After I drove all the way up there it took them three hours to have it fixed so it would run.
It was on empty and I asked them to put some gas in it so I did not run out on the way home.
The guy said they would. After waiting we got on the road and I looked, the gas gauge was on empty. Good thing I looked at the gauges before we got on the freeway.
( They 'gave me" $1000 on a trade in and when I looked on their site they had it listed for $4000. They had it less than a week when they sold it)
On the way home it kept on dying. At traffic lights I had to put it in neutral, hold down the break with my left foot and use the right foot to push on the gas.
Nov 7th They cashed the check.
Before I took it to the Toyota dealer to have them inspect it, I first let Kookie out and did a video clip of her inspecting the Toy. PuppyDog went with me to buy my other trucks n Jeeps. I kept her ashes and took her with me to buy this one too.
Nov 8th Took it to Toyota a full inspection..
I saw a truck load of frames when I pulled in. Pic another Toy owner took.
They decided it needed springs I paid 2114.99 for the inspection and services they told me there was a recall on the springs and gave me a loner. They said no pets
Frame Replacment video
Nov 9th they told me the frame was covered in a law suite I asked them to come and get their loaner. I have no use for a ride that excludes pups or worry about it getting dirty
Nov 11th went n to take my phone out of the loaner
Nov 24th I finally got the title in the mail
Dec 4th Amazon sent seat covers I bought so Kookie could sit up front.
Dec 20 th ... they told me 6 weeks for the frame replacement n I called em today, Now they say 90 days to get the frame, that is over 12 weeks :(
Thinking it is goofy to pay for insurance on a truck I am not driving I

Does Buckeye insure my truck against damage or theft?
If so I will suspend my insurance until I come in to pick it up

If you can look to see if the body has any rust spots.. I had a thought about rustproofing the body when u had it apart..but probably too late now.

Dec 29th Stopped at the Toyota Dealer to visit the prisoner. I saw some removed frames and some new frames so I took their pics.
Finishing it up they said n I saw it raised up on the lift.
No snow yesterday they called me about quitting time n I didn't have a way to get in so.. gonna get it Saturday.
By signing into Toyota you can look at all service records a Toyota dealer ever did. This is the one for this frame replacement.
Dec 30th looked at Toyota info on the truck on line n found their print out.
Had my daughter take me in n follow me to the gas station in case .. but there was enough gas.
Tech guy told me the frame replacement cost Toyota over $9,000. It cost me nothing :)
He recommended that I have it undercoated.
Researching ---> Undercoating If you r going to have your protected, I suggest you research and as soon as they are finished, drive directly to the undercoating (IF the roads are dry)
Don't know if they took any pics. I just got this one on the lift.
Had to drive home in the salted road.. ugh. I wiped it off a bit when I got in the car port.
Last day of 2017: Toyota home sitting n the carport giggity gig
As soon as I got the toy home, the first thing I had to do is to see if it met Kookie's approval
If so I will suspend my insurance until I come in to pick it up
